Head of Commercial Finance

You will be joining a highly successful $1b+ private infrastructure company going through a fascinating period of change and evolution.

Core responsibilities:

• At a Group level - develop initiatives for the annual corporate planning process to grow revenue and enhance cost efficiency + support BUs to deliver
• Strategic support to Group FP&A function - identify risks & opportunities, partner with key stakeholders in the business and FLT to educate and drive performance
• Provide investment decision support, including development of bespoke business cases to evaluate and advise on opportunities
• Partner closely with the business to execute key initiatives to enhance revenue, risk management, commercial capability, financial performance and operational improvement
• Sole operator, with dotted line analysts to support

• Proven experience - Prior experience with identifying & delivering significant financial performance improvements for large private or ASX listed companies
• Soft skills - Exec presence, great communicator, continuous improvement mindset, strong systems and excel modelling, team player/collaborator, problem solver, high attention to detail with strong service ethic
• Industry background - Property or Retail strongly preferred given the seniority and commercial nature of this role

• $260,000-$290,000 (inclusive of super) + STI
