Electrical Project Manager

We have been established for over 10 years and during that time have successfully completed projects within our space in the market.Works include commercial,aged care,heritage and industrial.

We are currently seeking an energetic and self motivated Electrical Projects Manager with experience delivering fast track response to ongoing works.

The successful applicant will join our longstanding team and be responsible for a range of new buildings, refits and construction contracts.

Roles and Responsibilites :

• Managing day-to-day operational aspects delivering all aspects of day to day works and contract requirements

• Oversee the financial and PI & PL for the project

• Producing OH&S documents, plans and risk assessments

• Strong written & verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with clients, sub-contractors, stake holders

• Working directly with client representatives - on site maintaining good relations and positive attitudes towards the company and yourself

• Attending contractor and client meetings as required.

Skillset :

• Have delivered projects - up to $4m electrical value.

• Have knowledge across communications and electrical

• Solid verbal & written communication skills

• Be ambitious as we regularly promote our staff, offer them incredible training courses.

• Be diligent,delivery of quality and eye for detail

• Conversant with building, commuications and electrical codes

• Possess NSW Electrical and ACMA licence

• Current drivers licence
