Truck Mechanics

  • 3 years post-trade experience

  • Must have experience with Volvo, Mack, or Kenworth. Sorry guys, but the Hino your old man uses for his lawnmower gig isnt going to cut it for this one.

  • Hydraulics experience

  • Mining experience is a massive bonus — but hey, we know you have to start somewhere, and it might as well be with us.

Experienced Plant Mechanics

  • Earthmoving experience — civil, mining, or underground

  • Flexibility - We need people who are happy to give anything a crack. If youre scared of the dark or the sun, this probably isnt for you.

  • Resilience - Despite what youve seen on TikTok, our mine sites arent resorts. Theres heat, flies, and you can only have 4 beers a night.

The important stuff:

  • Pay rate - Our starting rate is $70 per hour. If youre a proper legend and have the experience to back it up, youre looking around $80ph.

  • Culture - No BS, just good people and good work

  • Career progression - We promote based on skill, not who you know

  • Genuine family-first culture - If you need to get off-site for an emergency - Well make sure to get you home!
