The OpportunityAn opportunity exists for an experienced development professional to manage high-profile, landmark urban renewal and housing communities & integrated precinct developments. Projects are of a significant scale up to 5,000 dwellings across multiple stages.
The role of Development Manager requires a strategic thinker who can manage a complex, multi-staged development program throughout the development lifecycle.
About YouIdeally, you will have demonstrated experience in managing similar-sized projects from masterplan and DA submission, through to project delivery, including financial management and sales & marketing. You will be able to apply your demonstrated problem-solving skills to navigate internal and external project teams, utilities, and government agencies.
