Lets look at the role. Our team are currently working from home receiving inbound calls & requests from Brokers to action personal loan applications. We support brokers professionally and efficiently with customer experience as the number 1 focus.

- Make quick-fire analytical decisions.
- Keep a look out for any upsell/cross sell opportunities.
- Be as swift as they come at grasping new information.
- Be solutions focused and have the drive to succeed.
- Remain calm in the face of challenging situations.
- Be comfortable working in a team that runs Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
