Lets look at the role. Our team are currently working from home receiving inbound calls & requests from Brokers to action personal loan applications. We support brokers professionally and efficiently with customer experience as the number 1 focus.

Well show you the ropes with a full training and induction program via digital communication channels. You will have a positive, compassionate and friendly phone manner, strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems. Youll also:

  • Be comfortable working in a team that runs Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
