Customer Service Representative

About the role

Our Client is a leading International manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions.

We are recruiting for a Customer Service professional to join their dedicated team working out of their modern Facility based in Dandenong South. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support and assistance to their clients.

What youll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently and effectively

  • Assist with the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open items

  • Collaborate with other teams including Product Mangers to ensure a seamless customer journey

To be considered for this role you will have the following

  • Experience with business systems or ERP software (SAP experience is highly regarded)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs

The normal hours of work will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
