    positions available (20-30 hours per week)
  • Hours:

    Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 10.00pm, Saturday - 9.00am to 10.00pm, Sunday 10.00am to 10.00pm (rotating roster - full availability required to cover all shifts)
  • Training

    : Paid. Full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday 1 week
  • Melbourne CBD location

    (Hybrid after speed to competency is met - approximately 8 weeks)
  • Australian based role
  • Prepaid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check via Fit2Work to be completed by all successful candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and personalized customer service by promptly responding to inquiries with a touch of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Masterfully navigate online systems to swiftly access necessary data, allowing for quick and effective resolutions within predefined service timeframes
  • Craft a seamless experience for customers by accurately recording and entering their requests and queries on user-friendly online platforms.
  • Ensuring that customer records are meticulously maintained with up-to-date information

About you You will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment, though not mandatory. Your exceptional ability to guide, support, and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people will be a valuable asset in this role. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with an innate talent for active listening and understanding customers needs, will ensure outstanding service delivery.
