About the roleSeeking a ABN Casual/Full time Courier Driver to join our team in Brisbane, Gold Coast area. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the prompt, efficient and safe delivery of packages and documents to our valued customers across the city. This is an important role that plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of customer service. Hours will be 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

What youll be doing

  • Picking up and delivering packages and documents to customers within designated timeframes.

  • Adhering to all road rules and safety regulations while operating the vehicle

  • Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries, including pickup and drop-off times

  • Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or concerns

  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle

  • Reporting any vehicle maintenance issues to the fleet manager

What were looking for

  • A valid Light Rigid drivers licence with a clean driving record and ABN

  • Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver, preferably in the logistics/courier industry

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages of up to 20kg

  • Familiarity with the local Brisbane area and its road network
