Join a builder developer team delivering luxury Class 2 multi-residential projects across Sydneys eastern suburbs. Were after a capable and hands-on Contract Administrator who has already run with 1-2 projects and is ready for their next challenge.   The Opportunity
  • Project: 4 boutique luxury units in Eastern Suburbs valued at $10M.
  • Secure pipeline: Another project kicking off in 2025, outstanding location, build value up to $20M.
  • Youll be site-based and involved in the full procurement lifecycle, working closely with a dedicated team.
What Were Looking For
  • 1-2 projects delivered end-to-end as CA.
  • Strong procurement experience from tendering to letting and variations. Take projects full cycle CC, DA and OC. 
  • Comfortable being based on-site.
  • Bluebeam experience is a bonus.
  • Genuine team player who wants to grow with a business and stay long term.
