About the Opportunity

AGIG are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager, an exciting opportunity to join a pivotal team within Commercial and Growth division. As Commercial Manager - DBNGP, youll be instrumental in driving the commercial performance of the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, a critical asset in Western Australias energy landscape.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Operations, youll help shape and execute AGIGs commercial strategy, manage high-value customer relationships, and oversee complex contracts and agreements. Youll also contribute to major infrastructure projects, support forecasting and reporting obligations, and bring commercial insight to operational decision-making.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys variety, thrives on collaboration, and is ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, future-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Commercial in managing DBNGP commercial operations

  • Respond to shipper enquiries and resolve operational or contractual issues

  • Develop and administer gas transmission agreements and related contracts

  • Manage operation and maintenance agreements

  • Prepare annual forecast and support financial reporting obligations

  • Interpret contract terms, draft operating protocols and general contract administration

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business or related field with post graduate business qualification preferred, but not essential

  • Proven experience within the energy industry, with knowledge of the Western Australian market 

  • Experience with commercial negotiation and contract negotiations

  • Ability to build and foster strong working relationships
