Role Overview

As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch client satisfaction, and driving efficiency across our operations. This role requires you to manage multiple contracts, coordinate cleaning teams, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, training staff, and communicating effectively with clients and the Sales and Business Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain consistent communication with clients and cleaning teams
• Lead and support cleaners across various contracts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Senior Operations Manager and Upper Management to align goals and expectations
• Organize and provide specific, ongoing training for staff

What Youll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry
• Excellent time management and operational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and cleaners in a timely manner
• High organizational skills, with flexibility and quick problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of computer literacy
• Multi-site management experience and budget management skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Knowledge of cleaning industry equipment, machinery, and processes is advantageous, though a positive attitude and a team-focused mindset are essential.
