Queensland Complete Contracting Services (QCCS) is a well-established civil construction company with ongoing projects throughout Central Queensland and the Bowen Basin. As our business continues to grow, were on the lookout for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team for long-term opportunities.

🔹 All-Round OperatorsWere seeking operators with at least 3 years experience across a variety of equipment, including excavators (up to 30t), skid steers, and loaders.Bonus points if you hold a HR License and have experience with tilt trays, tippers or water carts.

🔹 Carpenters / FormworkersQualified tradespeople or experienced formworkers are encouraged to apply. Youll be working on footings, slabs, walls, soffits, precast and more. A team-player attitude and willingness to mentor others are highly regarded.

🔹 Trades Assistants (Expressions of interest)Were after capable TAs with 2+ years experience in civil or mining environments. If youre hands-on, reliable, and safety-conscious, wed love to hear from you.

• Previous experience on mine or civil sites

• Relevant RII/tickets and competencies for the role

• Strong focus on safety and risk awareness

• A team-oriented attitude - we live by “Look out for your mates”

• Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Coal Board Medical / Health Assessment (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid drivers licence

• Own transport (Drive-in/Drive-out only - FIFO is not available)

• Paid travel

• Camp-style accommodation and meals provided

• Monday to Friday rosters

• Supportive team culture and ongoing work pipeline

These are DRIVE IN DRIVE OUT positions only.

FIFO is not available.
