Camp Australia is looking for a dedicated Child Safety and Quality Partner to join our WA Leadership Team. In this key role you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services consistently adhere to the Governance Framework, while championing excellence in child safety and inclusion throughout the region
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet NQF and legislative requirements
- Supporting the WA Leadership team to deliver high-quality service standards
- Leading compliance audits and identifying gaps
- Managing reassessment programs to improve quality ratings
- Ensuring the delivery of excellence programs and supporting inclusive environments across WA
- Building strong partnerships with external agencies and regulatory bodies
- Reporting on outcomes against NQF and NQS standards

ABOUT YOU
- Experience: At least 3 years in an operation roles, ideally with a background in the childcare industry or education sector
- Expertise: A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Qualifications: A Diploma or higher education within the childcare field
- Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ideally experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Attributes: A proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to influence across multiple teams, and a passion for building inclusive environments for children and educators
