The primary purpose of the Channel Execution Manager - is to successfully plan and strategise the Product Roadmap and integrate GTM activities across Frontline Channels and to our customers.
The role will primarily support in development and implement strategy for the Prepaid category to grow contribution and profitability against our annual operation plan (AOP), and from to time support other category initiatives within the Mobile portfolio
Your day in the life of a Channel Execution Manager at Optus
- Drive the strategic and tactical Prepaid roadmap for Customer Success Channels to achieve set outcomes in the AOP
- Execution of all Prepaid operational initiatives into the respective frontline channel, ensuring our people are enabled and ready to provide the best possible experience to Optus customers and drive business performance
- Continually analyse local opportunities through data performance to build out action plans to address any gaps or key areas of opportunity in channels
- Ensure strong operational readiness for all Prepaid launches across Customer Success channels and into market, obtain endorsement from Customer Success SLT channels to launch into market
- Develop the relationship with all levels in Customer Success and Customer Solutions management teams at SLT/ELT level.
Your skills to pay the bills
- Extensive experience in a category management/marketing role within Telco
- Proven track record in meeting targets, sales and operations in a national team environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to confidently work with senior leadership in a complex environment
- High level Project, Program and Data Management Skills
- Ability to lead a high performing team or direct reports to achieve the outcome for the business.
