About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, youll play a pivotal role in expanding FSQs footprint across Queensland and beyond. This is a front-line role focused on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities, while building lasting relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop tailored strategies for engaging prospective clients through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
Conduct client discovery meetings to understand their needs, challenges, and how FSQ can deliver value.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document all sales activities and insights in our CRM system.
Represent FSQ at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions to promote our brand and capabilities.
About You
