The Opportunity
NEW ROLE - Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of our NSW branch, encompassing service, parts, and rental fleet management. This pivotal role is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through operational excellence and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency across service, parts, rentals, and the workshop
Supervise and develop branch staff, fostering a learning and high-performance culture
Develop and implement service offering strategies to drive sustainable business growth and profitability
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term contracts and superior service excellence
Manage the branch budget, financial performance, and cost controls
Collaborate with internal teams to align service strategies with business objectives
What You Need:
A successful track record in a similar role ideally gained in capital equipment, automotive or industrial sector
Proven experience in service and workshop management
Strong leadership skills with proven capability of motivating and leading service teams
Solid financial acumen and P&L management experience
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
