Hiring Bakers - Night Shift Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery products
  • Following recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
  • Operating and maintaining bakery equipment
  • Assisting in dough preparation, mixing, and shaping
  • Managing baking schedules to ensure timely production
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory needs
  • Learning new baking techniques and improving skills over time

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply - no prior experience required
  • Must have at least a Diploma in Baking or a related field
  • Comfortable working night shifts starting at 2 AM
  • Willing to relocate to Penrith, NSW
  • Must have a valid work visa for Australia
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for baking
