Awning and Blinds Manufacturer/Assembler

Advantage Screens & Blinds is locally owned and has been operating in Bundaberg for over 30 years. Supplying and installing quality internal and external blinds and awnings locally, and a wholesale presence that reaches south to Coffs Harbour and north to Cairns.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our manufacturing division. The new team member would possess the right attitude, have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. They must be physical fit as there is some heavy lifting involved. Experience with industrial sewing machines would be an advantage.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• assembly of fabric awnings and blinds

• operating workshop machinery and hand tools

• labelling and packaging product

• maintaining processes and safe storage throughout assembly stages

• quality checks throughout the production process

• collaborate within teams to keep scheduled targets and maintain high safety standards

Previous experience in production/manufacturing would be an advantage although not necessary as all training will be provided by our experienced staff.
