They take pride in their long standing and consistent base of clients.    Already a busy market sector, and with further growth projected, this studio is looking to appoint an Architect with prior experience gained in the Industrial Sector.    Key Criteria

• ARBV Registered Architect
• 8-10 years of postgraduate experience
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, commercial developments
• Strong AutoCAD capabilities
• Proven documentation, delivery and contract administration expertise
• Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively
• Willingness and ability to assist the Director to scale the business

   A technical focus is essential as youll be delivering smart industrial buildings, inspired by international industrial and commercial Architecture trends. Problem solving is at the heart of this role, as youll be delivering buildings that solve contemporary problems prompted by new macro-environmental forces such as the economic landscape, technology and changing consumer behaviour patterns.    You will be responsible for leading a small team of Architects, Documentors or Graduates and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.    This role is offered on a long-term, permanent basis and serious growth opportunities will be presented to the professional who exceeds expectations.
