About the AMP Graduate Program

Youll join us as a full-time permanent employee, in February 2026 at our head office in Sydney.

Our structured program runs for two years and includes up to four rotations across your business stream.

Youll also complete a bespoke development program including workshops, technical training, customer immersion and participation in a Business Improvement Project and presentation to the CEO and Executive Committee.

This combination of practical work and development activities, and with the support of the program manager, mentors from across AMP, a buddy from the previous graduate cohort and the AMP Graduate alumni community, you will be set up for career success.

The Technology Graduate Program offers pathways for graduates who want to apply their skills in an innovative environment. With a focus on designing, developing and enhancing AMPs technology systems and architecture, our Technology Graduates are drivers of change who are passionate about creating market leading customer experiences. Providing opportunities to grow technical and transferable business skills including programming, coding, development and analytics, the Technology Graduate Program puts graduates at the forefront of an ever-changing technology landscape.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2026 graduate program, you must:

• Be an Australian citizenship/permanent residency or New Zealand citizen
• Have completed (or be completing) your first bachelors degree in 2024 or 2025. For the Technology program, you must have studied a technology discipline such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Software Engineering and have a passion for financial services.

Recruitment process and key dates

• Submit your application today via the AMP careers portal

• Complete your Digital Assessments including a cognitive assessment and video interview. Invitations will be sent from 21 July 2025

• Attend your Virtual Assessment Centre on Thursday 11 September 2025

• Welcome to AMP! Successful candidates will be invited to meet each other and the AMP team at a welcome event at Quay Quarter Tower on Tuesday 16 September 2025

• The Graduate Program starts in Sydney in February 2026
