Comprehensive Training & SupervisionOur AHAs are carefully trained and well supported. Youll receive:
- Monthly clinical supervision from an experienced Team Lead
- Ongoing day-to-day guidance from the prescribing speech pathologist

Youre Working Under the GRP Standard of CareYoull be delivering care within our professionally managed AHA program—ensuring clients continue making progress toward their communication goals, even when theyre between therapists.
Crucial Role in Goal GeneralisationYoull help identify which parts of a clients goals are ready to be generalised—meaning youll be out in the community, working with clients to embed new skills in real-life situations.

What Were Looking For:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (essential)
- Specific experience and interest in speech pathology
- Confidence in delivering therapy activities as set by the prescribing clinician
- A team player whos organised, compassionate, and committed
- Full, part time, casual or contractor roles available in a supportive and forward-thinking team
