Position Overview:As an Accounts Manager, youll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. This role isnt just about sales or account maintenance — its about understanding our clients businesses, nurturing long-term partnerships, and working closely with our engineers to deliver tailored IT solutions that grow with their needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Account Management within an MSP
Strong knowledge of Technical concepts and solutions.
Familiarity with MSP operations, service agreements, and billing cycles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
An ability to understand what the client wants and connect on that level.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with various teams and clients.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
About You:
Proven experience in account management within an MSP.
Exceptional communication skills — able to speak both "business" and "tech".
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and credibility.
Comfortable working alongside engineers and understanding technical discussions.
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
A genuine desire to help clients succeed with technology as an enabler.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure technical solutions align with client goals.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), roadmap sessions, and strategic planning.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and upsell based on real client needs — not pushy sales targets.
Ensure contract renewals, project scopes, and SLAs are managed smoothly and transparently.
