Tesla Australia is growing fast, and is excited to offer initial 6 month, full-time opportunities to qualified technicians on a Working Holiday Visa, subclass 417. We have multiple opportunities available in Brisbane, so if you would like further advance your skills and career with a world class team whilst on your holiday down under, apply now! What You'll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable service experience for our Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y customers and beyond. As a Tesla Vehicle Technician, you will receive first-class training and development to deliver on Tesla's exceptional Service standards. You will be a creative problem solver who is open to new ideas and new approaches, with an instinctive desire accomplished goals. Possessing strong technical acumen, you will develop a strong knowledge of all Tesla products, as well as service systems, processes and procedures to fulfil Tesla's mission.

People: Our Technicians set the example. We expect you to strive for excellence, for the growth and success of your team. You and the team will set the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment.
Operational excellence: As a Technician, you will form an integral part of the Service team and our customer experience. If our Technicians don't operate effectively, neither will our Service Centre operations.
What You'll BringTesla is an approved TSS/482 Visa Sponsor (Australian work visa). We also welcome well-qualified technicians from overseas who are not on or eligible for the working holiday visa. However, onshore candidates, including those on working holiday visa, who are immediately available will still be given priority.
