About the Role
As Transaction Associate, you’ll act as the central coordinator across internal teams, external counsel, accountants, and advisers keeping workstreams moving, deadlines met, and stakeholders aligned. The environment is fast-paced and high-stakes, and the work is genuinely varied.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own coordination across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Track deliverables, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across all parties
Ensure clear communication and consistent follow-up on action items
Board & Governance Support
Prepare board and committee materials including briefing papers and memoranda
Maintain governance documentation and reporting packs
Support development of internal control frameworks relevant to the transaction
Financial Analysis & Valuation
Assist in preparing and refining financial forecasts
Support valuation analysis and underlying commercial modelling
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making at pace
Communications & General Transaction Support
Draft internal and external communications
Pick up operational and analytical tasks as they arise in a fast-moving deal environment
About You
3–8 years' experience in Transaction Advisory (FDD/M&A) at a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, or in M&A, Deals, or Strategy consulting
Genuine exposure to transaction processes, due diligence, deal execution, or capital markets
Exposure to capital markets transactions, board material preparation, or regulatory/disclosure-driven processes is well regarded
Highly organised with a strong project management mindset and able to run multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
Clear, confident written communicator comfortable drafting formal materials and interacting with senior stakeholders
Proactive and accountable, you identify what needs to happen and make it happen
Composed under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift
