We are seeking a technically competent and commercially focused Systems Analyst to support our expanding operations and client portfolio, with a strong emphasis on understanding client business requirements, supporting existing solutions, and acting as a strategic liaison between customers and internal technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Review and evaluate existing systems, infrastructure, and ongoing projects to identify performance improvements and upgrade requirements • Analyse client business processes and translate operational requirements into technical specifications • Engage directly with clients to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements • Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing client systems and implemented solutions • Act as a primary interface between clients, development teams, and infrastructure specialists • Bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical resources to ensure solution alignment • Analyse network architecture, databases, and security environments to assess risks and recommend enhancements • Identify and resolve database performance issues, integration gaps, and system inefficiencies • Conduct system analysis, testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability and optimal performance • Prepare detailed system specifications, technical documentation, flowcharts, and design mappings for development teams • Assist in ERP, cloud, and software solution planning, deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support • Support cloud migration initiatives and DevOps implementations • Support cybersecurity assessments and recommend protective measures aligned with business requirements • Prepare cost estimates, infrastructure proposals, and software quotations for clients • Assist management with budgeting, project planning, and designing scalable, cost-effective system architectures • Coordinate project implementation, allocate resources, and ensure documentation of project milestones • Manage system implementation for new client sites and upgrades of existing environments • Prepare comparative analysis reports between existing and proposed systems, highlighting business and operational benefits • Advise clients on future technological needs, scalability planning, and system growth strategies • Review and improve websites, including WordPress enhancements and eCommerce capability upgrades • Monitor system and network performance and prepare periodic technical reports for management • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery • Develop internal troubleshooting guides and support team training to improve operational efficiency Skills & Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery • Proven background in systems analysis, infrastructure management, and enterprise solution implementation • Strong understanding of business process mapping and technical translation • Solid knowledge of databases, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and DevOps methodologies • Working knowledge of WordPress and eCommerce platforms • Strong analytical, documentation, and commercial acumen • Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills Remuneration & Benefits • Salary: $80,000 per annum (Full-Time Package) • Professional development and certification support • Long-term career progression opportunities • Exposure to diverse enterprise and SME client environments • Collaborative and performance-driven corporate culture
