The RoleThis is your chance to take the reins as the State & Business Development Manager (WA) — leading the team, driving sales, and cementing our brand as the go-to pumping partner in the state. You wont just sit behind a desk — youll be in the field, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering solutions to customers in mining, minerals processing, mine tailings, industrial, manufacturing and agriculture.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and motivate the WA team to hit and exceed targets.

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in key industries.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Visit customer sites to understand challenges and provide technical solutions.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the WA market.

  • Ensure customer service and operational excellence.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven success in pumps or related industrial/mechanical equipment sales.

  • Understanding of submersible, slurry, dirty water and acid-resistant pump applications.

  • Experience managing a sales or service team.

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to talk technical.

  • Strong WA industry knowledge and network.

  • Drive, initiative and the hunger to win business.

  • Willingness to travel across WA to engage with customers.
