Randstad has partnered up with a values-driven organisation in the education sector, currently embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. Implementing a modern, cloud-based ERP system and are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their team.

About The Opportunity

As the Senior Finance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance workstream of this enterprise-wide transformation. Acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, you will ensure that system design and process improvements meet organisational goals, regulatory compliance, and end-user needs.

Your Key Deliverables Will Include

  • Analyse and translate finance business needs into functional and technical ERP requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise across finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Billing)
  • Support ERP configuration, testing (incl. UAT), and validation in collaboration with implementation partners
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement within agile sprint cycles
  • Assist with data migration planning, execution, and legacy system reconciliation
  • Develop clear documentation, support training delivery, and ensure compliance with finance regulations
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in ERP finance transformations (Oracle, SAP or similar)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems; education sector experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work in agile environments with cloud ERP platforms
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and translating technical language for business users
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
