We are seeking skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join a dynamic team delivering transformative HR solutions. This is a fantastic 6 month contract opportunity for experienced professionals with expertise in Employee Central (EC) Payroll module focusing on end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring delivery excellence across all phases.
• Engage with clients to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions in EC Payroll.
• Configure and integrate SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives.
• Provide expertise on project planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful go-live strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Support clients post-implementation to maximize solution adoption and success.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with at least 4x full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Config expertise in Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with occasional on-site visits.

Pay Rate: $1,200-$1,300/day (Inclusive of Superannuation)
