The Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a technical background to take ownership of a growing territory. Youll build strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and offer tailored pump solutions for complex operational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving business development across the mining sector (WA role) or Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical (QLD role) industry sectors

• Managing existing client relationships and nurturing long-term partnerships

• Conducting site visits and delivering technical product advice

• Preparing quotes, tenders, and commercial proposals

• Collaborating with technical and engineering teams to customise solutions

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

About You

Were looking for a results-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and experience in pumps or similar industrial equipment.

• Proven experience in technical sales within mining, industrial, or engineering sectors

• Strong understanding of pumps, fluid handling, or related mechanical systems

• Ability to read technical drawings and understand process flows

• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills

• A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel to mine sites and regional locations

• A valid drivers licence
