Join the Oncology Clinical Trials & Research Unit and play a pivotal role in advancing innovative cancer care across the New England North West region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact, grant‑funded project focused on expanding and improving access to clinical trials through decentralised delivery models.

About The Role

As a Project Officer, you will lead and support the delivery of a 12‑month Cancer Institute NSW Fellowship project focused on enhancing clinical trial accessibility across a diverse and geographically dispersed region. You’ll be responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through to completion – working closely with clinicians, researchers, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple sites and services
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality project documentation and reporting
  • Support ethics and governance submissions and compliance requirements
  • Analyse data and contribute to evidence‑based decision making
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
