Maintenance Officer

Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our team on a 3-month full-time contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is key to ensuring our property always looks its best and operates smoothly, delivering the high standard of service Oaks is known for.

What youll be doing:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas

• Coordinating and supervising external contractors

• Implementing preventative maintenance programs

• Keeping accurate records of daily work and service schedules

What were offering:

• Monday-Friday: $33.38 p/h

• Award Rates on Weekends

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience

• Strong time management and ability to work independently

• Great communication and a service-focused attitude

• A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality work
