LABOUR MANAGER/ RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

We are seeking a driven Labour Resource Manager to join our Construction team at E-Tech Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening construction labourers/trades to onboarding successful applicants for various projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and bringing in new clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create new and assess current recruitment strategies to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
  • Business Development and account management
  • Source and screen potential construction labourers for open positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain relationships
  • Onboard successful applicants.
  • Day to day operational management.
Qualifications: 
  • Sales background.
  • Ideally someone with a construction background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & other software experience.
