Are you a pipe whisperer with nerves of steel and a sense of humour that can survive a Chinese restaurant grease blockage at 4pm on a Friday? Revolution Pipe Relining is expanding—and we want you to join our crew of legends.

Were a close-knit team of plumbers and reliners who actually enjoy what we do (seriously). We believe in craftsmanship, integrity, and the kind of teamwork where someones always got your back—and maybe your lunch if you forget it.

We dont cut corners, we cut roots. If a patch isnt perfect, we fix it—no dramas, no shortcuts. Were obsessed with getting it right, and we reckon you should be too.

What Were Looking For:

Were not after cowboys or clock-watchers. We want someone who:

• Has solid hands-on experience in pipe relining (if you know your way around a patch kit blindfolded—bonus)

• Turns up on time, gets stuck in, and doesnt go missing when its time to fill in a trench.

• Has a work ethic stronger than a concrete-filled pipe

• Takes pride in every job—because average doesnt cut it here

• Looks for solutions, not problems and doesnt crumble under pressure.

• Knows that teamwork makes the dream work—and isnt afraid to laugh while doing it

Skills Thatll Make Us Swipe Right:

• Sectional patch repairs (bonus points if you can do it blindfolded)

• Junction patching like a boss

• Water jetting wizardry

Nice skills to have (but not essential):

• Drag-in pipe relining

• Inversion relining experience

• Full-time gig with job security

• $50-$65/hr + Super (depending on attitude and skill—bring your A-game)

• Paid overtime (yes, your time is valued)

• A fully kitted-out company vehicle

• Fresh uniforms (no hand-me-downs from Dave in maintenance)

• A supportive crew that backs you, listens to your ideas, and doesnt take itself too seriously
