Oyster Care is in the business of providing services and support to people with disabilities. Our aim is to assist our participants in the pursuit of their life choices, either in their own home or the community, to enable greater quality of life experiences.
Oyster Care provides support services including in‑home assistance, accommodation support, and everyday life skills development both on a one‑to‑one basis and through group support options.
We are in search for enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to support participants with complex behaviours.
Casual and Part‑Time Positions available!
The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the day to day care of Participants with physical disabilities and / or mental illness. Our Support workers enable our participants to reach their full potential by achieving their individual goals.
The main duties of a Support Worker include, but are not limited to:
Pay is based on the SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award).
