Join a team that values clinical excellence and collaborative care. We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Practitioner to join our 360 Kids Program in Warrnambool. At National 360, you’ll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment to provide tailored NDIS services for children and their families.

About the Role
  • Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
  • Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360's 360 Kids program, using a family‑centred approach.
  • Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
  • Provide services in‑home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
  • Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
  • Registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Be eligible for registration with Early Childhood Australia.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
  • Experience and understanding of the NDIS is highly valued.
  • Experience working within the early childhood setting.
  • Access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Full‑time or part‑time role available, minimum 3 days per week.
