📍 Location: Werribee, VIC 🕒 Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time 💰 Salary: $85K–$110K + Super + CPD Allowance + Benefits

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary allied health centre dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and mental health conditions. They provide a wide range of therapies and family support services, helping clients achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Their experienced team offers assessments and interventions for Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Sensory Processing Challenges, and other developmental conditions. The centre brings together Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Art and Music Therapists, and Support Specialists under one roof — ensuring collaboration, consistency, and the highest standard of care for clients and families.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team at their Werribee clinic. In this role, you will work with children and individuals across the lifespan, providing both clinic-based and community-based services.

You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional and developmental assessments
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
• Deliver sessions addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community environments

Essential Criteria: ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy ✔️ Full AHPRA Registration (minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience) ✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Strong organisational and time-management abilities ✔️ Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) ✔️ Access to a vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence
