Responsibilities

• Provide high quality confidential administrative support to a Regional Director or the Regional Executive Director, and provide support to other members of the region.
• Maintain the Regional Director or Regional Executive Director's diary, including the organisation of meetings, minute taking, appointments, petty cash, taxi vouchers, accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Intercept and screen telephone calls, with the redirection of enquiries to appropriate areas as necessasry.
• Liaise with senior officers and staff such as: Managers, Directors, Regional Directors, Regional Executive Directors, Director-General and Minister.
• Track, analyse, interpret and allocate (under guidance of the Advisor, Regional Director and/or Regional Executive Director) all incoming correspondence.
• Liaise with departmental officers and other government and non-government organisations.
• Undertake financial, human resource and administrative duties as required.
• Develop and maintain effective administrative systems, recordkeeping and business reporting.
