The Role As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multi-residential projects from inception to handover. Youll lead site and consultant teams, oversee program and budgets, and ensure exceptional outcomes across construction, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to completion
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality projects
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients
  • Drive safety, compliance, and QA across all activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-residential or mixed-use developments
  • Background in a developer/builder or tier 2 builder preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
  • A passion for delivering quality and design excellence
