The Role

This isn’t a typical marketing job. AsHead of Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you’ll have the rare opportunity tobuild the content marketing and sales engine from the ground up. You’ll drive strategy, shape our brand, and put in place the systems, people, and campaigns that fuel the next stage of growth. You’ll be hands-on where it counts, but also stepping back to create the bigger picture that inspires the team.

What You’ll Do

Create and execute bold marketing and sales strategies to accelerate growth.
Recruit, mentor, and lead ayoung, motivated teamacross marketing and sales.
Launch integrated campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, and partnerships.
Build pipelines, processes, and KPIs that drive measurable results.
Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and reporting — and deliver real ROI.
Represent Superior Hair at events, partnerships, and in the industry.
Spot opportunities, move fast, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

5+ years’ proven experiencein senior marketing and/or sales leadership, with direct responsibility for revenue growth. (required)
Demonstrated track record ofbuilding and leading teams(marketing and/or sales) — including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. (required)
Proven success in developing and executingintegrated marketing strategiesacross multiple channels (digital, retail, partnerships, PR). (required)
Strong experience withsales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems(HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and driveROI-focused decisions.
Exceptionalcommunication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels (internal and external).
Strong commercial acumen and ability to managebudgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility.
Must be able to workfull-time on-site in Sydney, NSW(with flexibility for events and external meetings).
Australian work rights(citizen, PR, or valid long-term visa).
