Smeatons Bakery (TNVY BAKERY PTY LTD) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Baker to join our growing team. We are a well established local bakery known for delivering high quality breads, pastries, and takeaway items. Due to increased customer demand, we are expanding our production capacity and seeking a skilled baker to support our operations. Key responsibilities Prepare, mix, and bake dough for breads, rolls, pastries, pies, and other baked goods Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment including mixers, ovens, provers, and dough dividers Ensure all products consistently meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards Follow strict WHS, food safety, and hygiene requirements Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with ordering Contribute to planning and producing daily production schedules Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas Work positively and collaboratively within a small team Skills & experience required A relevant qualification in baking, patisserie, or commercial cookery Minimum 1 year of full time commercial baking experience Strong hands on experience with commercial bakery equipment Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed High attention to detail, consistency, and product quality Strong organisational and time management skills Reliable, motivated, and committed to contributing to a small team environment What we offer Full time, stable employment Competitive salary aligned with experience Supportive, friendly team culture Opportunities to develop and grow skills in a busy commercial bakery About us Smeatons Bakery is a well known local business providing fresh baked goods and takeaway items daily.
