Responsibilities

Design and support the delivery of a customer portal for near coastal seafarers at a transactional level. Shape the end user experience for customers engaging with the portal.

• Experience leading user experience design for digital products and services
• Experience designing and delivering information architectures, wireframes, user interface and visual designs, and design asset libraries
• Experience conducting user research and user testing using visual tools, analytics and evidence to map user journeys and drive improvement
• Ability to work in an embedded agile delivery team, translating UX strategy and concepts into meaningful and deliverable products
• Ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance

12‑month contract with possible extensions in Canberra.
