THE ICONIC is looking for a Loyalty Specialist to join our Customer team. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented, collaborative self‑starter to support the Loyalty Program Manager in delivering a high‑performing loyalty program.
You’ll own the Access Extra offers planner, ensuring offers are aligned to program strategy, build and execute campaigns in Talon.One, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights. You’ll also work closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate delivery and keep campaigns running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Loyalty Program Manager to deliver a high‑performing loyalty program
Manage day‑to‑day planning and execution to keep program operations running smoothly
Own the Access Extra offers calendar/planner end‑to‑end
Document offer mechanics, timelines, eligibility and dependencies clearly and consistently
Translate loyalty strategy into an executable offers roadmap
Ensure each offer ladders up to program goals and measurable KPIs (e.g., acquisition, retention, frequency, AOV)
Identify and flag risks (e.g., offer fatigue, overlap/conflicting promos, unintended customer impact)
Build, QA and launch loyalty campaigns in Talon.One (segments, triggers, reward logic, caps, stacking rules)
Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes quickly
Deliver performance reporting and insights (participation, redemption, incremental revenue, margin impact, lift where possible) to optimise future offers
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Customer‑focused self‑motivated professional with good commercial & loyalty acumen with 2‑5 years of experience in loyalty/CRM/lifecycle
Strong loyalty and retail industry experience
Experienced in running end‑to‑end loyalty campaigns
Detail oriented with strong operational rigor from governance to implementation
Highly analytical and focused on using post‑campaign and program results to define campaign planning
Loyalty/CRM platform experience to configure and QA offers
Experienced in influencing, building relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders
Drive for continuous improvement across the loyalty program and wider business, comfortable acting as a change agent
Degree in relevant tertiary discipline
