As one of our highly valued Early Childhood Teachers with our Mackay CFC team, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
Our vision is to be a trusted children and family centre that empowers all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to grow, learn and build on strengths with connection to land, sea and cultures.
With energy, creativity and a passion for education, you’ll take a hands‑on approach to teaching children 6 weeks to 5 years in a play‑based learning environment. And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you’ll nurture a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
