Job DescriptionReporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for leading national finance operations and acting as the primary finance partner to senior operational leadership. The position balances strategic oversight with hands on execution, playing a pivotal role in uplifting financial reporting, improving decision support, and embedding robust financial frameworks across the organisation.
Stakeholder management is central to success. The role works closely with the CFO, COO, Divisional General Managers and Regional leaders to translate financial insight into practical commercial outcomes. The ability to influence, challenge constructively, and partner effectively with the business is essential.
