About the Role
Casual Chef | Mattara Hotel – Dream big with us! The popular Mermaid Waters Hotel is seeking a Casual Qualified Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Candidates with prior experience in a fast‑paced bistro or high‑volume environment are strongly encouraged to apply, as the capacity to perform efficiently under pressure is crucial for success in this role. This position also requires good availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays to accommodate rotational shifts.
A Day In The Life Of a ChefThis is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
