We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial & Communications Officer (CCCO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and take ownership of commercial strategy, commercial support, and executive oversight including Sales, Marketing, Media, Communication, and Customer Service portfolios.

This role holds full budget accountability across all portfolios and provides strategic commercial guidance, operational oversight, and brand stewardship to drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

As CCCO, you will:

• Own and drive commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide executive oversight of the Fitness, Marketing, and Customer Service portfolios, ensuring organisational strategy and performance expectations align.
• Ensure strong cross-portfolio collaboration to deliver consistent customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
• Hold ultimate executive accountability for the financial performance of the $10M+ fitness business.
• Provide oversight of financial performance reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful analysis is presented to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.
• Work closely with the leadership team to translate strategy into executable commercial plans, providing commercial insight, financial guidance and decision support.
• Hold executive accountability for all commercial relationships, partnerships and contractual arrangements.
• Provide leadership to senior managers across applicable portfolios fostering a high-performance, customer-centric, and commercially disciplined culture.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Commerce, Finance, Leadership)
• Senior executive experience with full budget and P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across fitness, marketing, and customer-facing functions.
• Experience translating strategy into measurable outcomes and operational delivery.
• Ability to operate confidently at executive and board level.
• Values-driven, with strong governance, risk management, and ethical decision-making skills.
