Mobile Hearing Representative
Audika Australia is seeking a passionate Mobile Hearing Healthcare Representative to help more people hear better. If you are a people person who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys connecting with communities and making a real impact, this role could be for you.
About The Role
As a Mobile Hearing Representative, you’ll be on the move—working in shopping malls, pharmacies, and other community locations to raise awareness about hearing health. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, offering free hearing checks, identifying hearing loss, and booking appointments at our clinics.
Working Hours
9am–3pm or 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Conduct well-planned Mobile Hearing Representative (MHR) activities, including mall pop-ups, pharmacy collaborations, and event participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and Audika Head Office to maximize opportunities.
Proactively start conversations and educate the public about hearing health.
Conduct free hearing checks and book clients into clinics for follow-ups.
Support new clinic openings by generating leads and increasing awareness.
Provide accurate, professional information to potential customers.
Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Complete administrative tasks and reports in a timely manner.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
