About The Company
An Established dealership home to one of the world's most recognisable and renowned automotive brands, offering state of the art facilities.
About The Role -
Play a critical senior support role within the dealership - ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the dealership.
Provide high level assistance across stock control, vehicle delivery coordination, and compliance processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail is essential.
Play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of the dealership.
Your General Job Function
Provide direct administrative support to the stock control function, data entry, validation, and ongoing data maintenance.
Assist with vehicle delivery coordination, ensuring all documentation, timelines, registrations, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
Manage car registration functions including ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
Deliver senior-level general administration support, including record management, reconciliation checks, ordering of office supplies, and oversight of daily office operations.
Support front-of-house and customer experience as required, including assisting with inbound calls, enquiries, and customer coordination during peak periods.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
Experience in Stock Control or Dealer Administration
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multi-task
A very high attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple demandsExcellent time management skills with a proficient ability to prioritize
Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
DMS Experience with Titan is preferable.
