About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, confident Coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of our Early Learning casual pool, ensuring services are consistently staffed with trained, available educators.

This is a hands-on operational role with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to genuinely shape how our casual workforce operates.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday.

What you’ll do
  • Own the coordination of the Early Learning casual pool from onboarding through to ongoing engagement
  • Manage availability, rostering and shift allocation
  • Be the main point of contact for casual educators and service leaders
  • Maintain accurate, compliance records (qualifications, WWCC, training)
  • Communicate clearly with services and casual staff to support staffing needs
  • Identify workforce gaps and provide reporting to support planning
  • Support process improvements and system transitions
  • Assist with enrolments, funding and finance administration during peak periods
About you

You’re organised, approachable and comfortable taking the lead. You enjoy juggling priorities, solving problems, and improving systems.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience coordinating casual staff, rostering or workforce scheduling
  • Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence using systems and managing data accurately
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes
  • Understanding of Early Learning or regulated environments (desirable)
