Introduction: We are seeking a Foundry Operative to join our Foundry in Ballina. Alongside your team, you will be responsible for general store keeping and help on occasions with manufacturing of foundry’s products. In this position, you will report to the Foundry Supervisor.
Team you belong to: Our foundry has four sections; Pattern Shop/Stores, Before Cast, Melt/Pour and After Cast. Training is provided across each to allow the Foundry Operative to become competent in all four areas. We work closely in sync within our foundry’s four sections in collaboration with our Production Support Team - enabling daily operations’ functionality. Our team culture is all about safety and collaboration.
Main responsibilitiesPlease note all candidates will be required to undertake a pre‑employment medical and drug screen during the recruitment process. Only those that are confident they will pass this prerequisite need apply. This is a manual labour role and you must hold full working rights in Australia.
